The PacMaster has always been ahead of competition. Its dual-pass system offered huge advantages but was always looked at by sales prospectives as an expensive extra requiring an additional working process.

Starting from September 2007 ABT are proud to announce new PacMaster range.

The new PacMaster Shredders will be all single-pass machines which cut the cardboard to the required width and transform up to 425 mm wide cardboard webs into stuffing mats simultaneously. All performance figures remain the same, however the new PacMaster Shredder is just getting a little smaller and looses some weight.

The new range will not include the PacMaster E any more, since sales figures of this execution were very low in the past years.

The PacMaster Cardboard Shredder has plenty of features. This include:

• Extensive safety systems provided for all functions to protect the operator and the machinery.
• A lockable emergency stop which means this cardboard shredding machine can be locked to avoid unauthorised use by e.g. children.
• A funnel-shaped feeding slot which allows fast and convenient feeding of used cardboard boxes. A size guide on the work surface ensures accurate cutting of the cardboard
• The machine is equipped with one lockable EMERGENCY STOP main switch and one rugged rotary switch for ON / OFF and reverse function. In case of overload the operator switches the machine off, then switches it in reverse function for some seconds to remove the jam and finally switches it in forward mode again.
• With the two fixed and two lockable guide rollers the machine offers a maximum of flexibility.
• There is a PacMaster available for each power outlet.
